We love our new walking shower which replaced our tub and shower. We were wanting a safe and beautiful shower as we are getting older. Our installer changed and adapted to our needs the final product even if it was difficult and took a little more time. It turned out so wonderful! Great job Bath Fitter!

Update: Unfortunately, everything was not as promised. They used the shower head that I didn’t order. The sales guy told me it was included when we met even though it was not on the order sheet. They were going to charge me additional hundreds of dollars so I said I could do it for $60 dollars. I’m not very happy with the way this was handled so I’m bringing down to 3 stars. I would still give 5 stars for the installation part. Everything was as promised. They (Torrey and other guy) came around 9 am and finished around 6 pm. Very professional and friendly. They did a beautiful job!!

We had a wonderful experience with Bath Fiter of Utah. From the salesman (Rick) providing the information to make a informed decision (no pressure)! They came in removed a shower and installed a new beautfulshower. They also removed a tile shower and jetted tub, installing a very beautiful shower in its place. We were very impressed with the professionalish they showed. Asking us for our input and cleaning everything up when they were through. We recogmend their work and product to everyone.

I am pleased with the product so far. The installer, Martin worked diligently to ensure that the tub & shower were installed in one day as promised. What I was not pleased with was the written and verbal promise that the product would arrive in 2-4 weeks. In fact it was 6 weeks. After meeting with the sales rep, I received a text from someone named Marty informing me that my order was submitted and he would reach out in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks passed, I contacted Marty to find out the status of my order only to find out it was delayed. What happened to customer service and communication??

The installers are awesome. If you have a custom job that requires glass walls and doors it’s another 2 to 3 weeks after bathfitter is done with their part so the timing is much longer than expected and we were not made aware of that originally from the sales person

Wish I had something good to say… had a tech come out and spend a couple of hours just to leave and never get back to us on our quote. Called the company and they promised he would. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere but I’d like to know why. Race? Status? Etc… not impressed.
