I recently decided to do a complete remodel on one of my bathrooms, and after a lot of research decided to contact Bath Crest for a quote. After discussing with the owner of Bath Crest what I wanted done, he gave me a quote and went over the process of the remodel so that I would know what to expect. I met Kim at their showroom and picked out all the materials and shortly after, workmen arrived to measure the shower stall, floor and the dimensions I wanted for the new vanity (which was hand made with quality materials). Each day the workmen/contractors arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and professional and cleaned up before they left. They tore out the old shower stall and vanity cabinet, put in new plumbing & fixtures, painted all the walls and installed new flooring and baseboards. The last day of the remodel, they even installed all of the lighting, hardware and medicine cabinet and made sure everything was perfect. There were no hidden costs and the total amount was just what I was quoted. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and highly recommend this company if you are planning on a full or partial bathroom remodel.

Not Impressed requested a quote from here. There website and the receptionist both made them sound affordable. They refused to give me an estimate over the phone and insisted to have someone head over. When Brad showed up he advised that we only do high end bathroom remodels and it was out of our budget. Fine we understand it is what it is. I’m just upset that there website doesnt say prices and the receptionist is secretive with there prices. Piece of advise ask customers there budget before sending someone over. Brad was very professional and he did the inspection quick that was the only plus of the interaction. If your not ready to spend over 10k dont go here.

Bath Crest did a great job for us. They kept us well informed on schedules throughout our tear-out and construction process. They employ highly skilled craftsmen that did excellent work. They also used quality materials in their construction of our walk-in shower. Installation of plumbing hardware went smoothly and without any issues. This is the second time we have used Bath Crest and highly recommend them to anyone doing bathroom remodeling.

Visit to the showroom. Very pleasant lady who patiently discussed with us the bathtub and shower arrangements that were set up and showed us the samples of the options. Cannot comment on prices or workmanship but it’s a good place to get an idea of the possibilities.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bath Crest. After receiving a few quotes for my main bathroom remodel, I immediately knew I wanted to use Bathcrest. From the first consultation to the finished product, everyone who I worked with was incredible. They are top of the line! I would hire them over and over again. They went above and beyond for me, stayed in constant contact, and made sure every step of the way was a smooth process. The quality of my new updated bathroom is impeccable. Worth every penny. If you use Bathcrest you will not be disappointed! I will be referring everyone I know to them. Thank you so much Bathcrest 🙂

We literally ended up selling our home based on the customer service and frustration we encountered from Bath Crest. When entering our home, our “contractor” began by stating he was not based on commissions and to “look at google reviews.” Huge red flags and should have stopped right there!! This company either must buy their reviews or their customers have no clue how to shop around. Our project was fully priced out (every re-measurement changed costs by about $5000) and the salesperson wasted THREE appts with me, even once dragging me to the show room to then not return any of my phone calls. Rude, terrible customer service, and worst of all they are quite snobby despite an awful showroom collection. The 6 month turnaround they give is due to their lack of staffing and turnover, not heavy volumes. Shop anywhere else for your bathroom remodel!

We looked at several companies and landed on Bathcrest. They worked with our budgetary needs to do everything we couldn’t. They were always on time and they stand by their work. Even their contractors said great stuff about them.

We decided to remodel the two bathrooms in our home and have been saving for this for a long time- it is a big investment. I found an ad in a mailer supplement for BathCrest and saw it was Gephardt approved- the bid was fair and we decided to go with this company for our project. I could not be happier with the service, professionalism and overall quality of this business. They are extremely well organized and every detail was planned for ahead of time, was done on time and was done right the first time without a huge disruption and stress in our home (our dog also loved everyone who came to work on our project 🙂 ). For such a big project (total gut and replacement of everything) I honestly could not be more impressed and relieved because you always hear remodel horror stories. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel- if you want great service and a pleasant/ stress free remodel experience, this is the group for you- they actually make me excited for more renovation projects 🙂
