Zinyex remodeling group, we trusted you with our bathroom renovations. We expect you to have integrity matching your a 4.5 review score. Our shower pan is cracking and your representative left a voice-mail saying it is not going to be covered under warranty; caiming this is the result of a chemical and that we are at fault. We’ve had this shower less than 1 year. We do not use harsh chemicals to clean the shower. We take standard showers with soap and water. This is not our fault. During our service call your agent stated this was a known issue and that the shower floor needs to be either be recoated or the shower pan needs to be replaced entireley. We also received notification you’re already selling off the account to another bank. What’s really going on here is you’re pushing off the repairs until it’s under someone’s else’s name and not yours. Unacceptable. As soon as we made the claim you sent the letter youre selling the loan to another bank. We paid way too much money for a shower to last us less than 1 year.
