Ben and his crew did a great job remodeling our two bathrooms. But the really outstanding thing about Ben was that, when something went wrong, he took action to make sure we still got a terrific job. One of his suppliers failed to deliver materials needed for our job resulting in a delay, but Ben took steps to find a different supplier and still get the work done within budget. And, when the tub finish was accidentally damaged during the work, Ben stepped up and paid to have the tub refinished, without question. We ended up with a beautiful job! I strongly recommend Ben and Premier Bathroom Remodel Austin without hesitation!
