Gabe and Brandon did our shower install and from the get-go these gentlemen were top notch. They were customer driven and explained every step of the process and answered all my many questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. They were detailed driven, kept the work areas clean and tidy. Everything looked great upon completion. Highly recommend Palmetto Bath and these two gentlemen in particular. Thank you!

I took Palmetto Bath-owner Jeff-to court on April 30,2024. Magistrate court judge awarded me prior agreed upon $1225 for my floor repair after installation. I have, as of today, not received this award. Dealing with this company has been somewhat of a nightmare. It’s off to Superior court next week as I have contacted company representatives requesting payment. Lest I forget please review pricing for all options company offers. I was provided itemization, as an afterthought, of “Moen Teak” seat on April 30. I trusted company, never gave a second thought about purchasing said seat. I wasn’t given a breakdown when making decision, “seat cost 294.38, tax 20.60, 97.41 x2-commission for sales consultant and installer, 126.64 cost of for marketing and 214.32 for general overhead, office staff, liability and workman comp insurance, payroll taxes, 401k matching, profit sharing, training, utilities etc.” If I had been given this list I wouldn’t have purchased seat, but I wasn’t. Anyway buyer beware. Hopefully my review will help other potential customers.

We live in a 60+ yr old ranch with the typical narrow shower stall with thick tile. The shower needed to be converted to meet ADA standards for my husband. The demo was a big job that took a lot of problem solving and expertise. Will and Kelly did an OUTSTANDING job. They are very skilled, extremely neat, professional and friendly. The shower is wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
