I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about this company from start to completion. I first spoke with Stan & I sent him pictures and he assured me it would look brand new. My biggest concern was how the jets would look. However, Stan reassured me I had nothing to worry about. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Rob’s professionalism, workmanship, talent, and attention to detail & clean up did not go unnoticed. I have been told I can be too critical, but even if you took a magnifying glass, you would think this tub was brand new! Many thanks to Stan & Rob. Sue Chambers

Perma Ceram did an outstanding job taking our worn out bathtub and tile to a clean, stylish, modern level. We are amazed with the finished product—blown away with the results. This company is legit. My old tub looks absolutely brand new. If you’re thinking of replacing your tub because you think there’s no other option. Keep Perma Ceram in mind. You won’t be disappointed!! Just look at the before and after photos. .

We had a great experience with Perma Ceram after our painters accidentally scratched our tub. Mike was a true professional and protected the bathroom and hallway carefully, wearing booties in our home, laying drop clothes and removing oriental rugs as needed in the hallway. The result is a beautiful “like new” tub. We are so happy with the result and the care that Mike took in his work.

We have now used Perma Ceram twice in two different homes for a fresh start to a new bath. Their team works efficiently and communicates well. We had to reschedule due to construction timeline changes and they were incredibly flexible. They also stand behind their work as we had two scratches post remodel and they were able to come fix them within a couple of weeks. Thank you so very much!

I had a great experience with Perma Cerma. Every part of the process was so smooth – they were easy to reach, transparent about pricing, made scheduling simple, and sent several reminders leading up to the day of the visit. The technician, Mike, was really friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, my tub looks amazing. At the time of writing this, they have a 5.0 rating on Google, and after this experience, I definitely understand why! Highly recommend.
