My experience I have to say was not the best not so much with Focal Point , as it was with Next Day Granite that company is a joke they send workers to your house who don’t speak proper English, and there work is not professional so I’m glad Focal Point got rid of them. As for Focal Point I do believe there Customer Service needs some improvement. I do what to thank Zeb for his communication. I also what to thank Josh for doing an awesome job installing our garbage disposal, and new faucet he was very professional and he also did a great job installing our backsplash trim looks great he knew what he was doing. Thank you Josh!!

My husband and I had set up an appointment for Focal Point Remodeling to give us an estimate on a shower/tub combination for a guest bathroom. Our consultant, Troy was very knowledgeable, polite and very attentive with answers to all our questions, and even though we decided to go a different route, I would still recommend Focal Point Remodeling. Troy honestly did everything he could, including calling to see if they could possibly move up the timetable, if what we wanted was in stock and even try to get us a discount. Our decision was based on the timetable along with costs, since we had already purchased everything we needed for the job. Thanks Troy for all the effort!

Our experience with Focal Point Remodeling exceeded our expectations. Starting with the office staff to our salesman (Garrett) to our installer (Justin). Our shower installation went very well. The tear out was quick and painless. Our plumbing puzzle was quickly and professionally handled and Nate kept us in the loop throghout the process. The new shower installation is beautiful and much more functional than our previous molded acrylic shower. Nate is very professional and takes pride in his work, that was very evident. Great company, great product and wonderful installer.
