I had a salesman from Zintex come out to my house back in February this year. Logan Rust was his name. Logan knew all about the product and I listen to his entire pitch even though he broke the Golden Rule of in-home sales. That is to say he told me the price before he built up the value. I have been in sales for over 40 years. I have sold all kinds of products in home. The first thing you always learn in any sales organization is do not tell the prospect the price until you have built up the value. By the time you tell the prospect the price of your product you want them thinking it costs 2 times what it actually does. But that is not what Logan did. The first thing he did was tell me the price. He said we are not supposed to say this first but with the special we have right now a walk-in shower conversion will be $13,000. Is that something you would be willing to pay? Of course, I said no. In part because there had been no value built up in my mind but also because I would never pay that much just to convert my shower to a walk in. That to me is a completely unreasonable amount of money. But the question is why did he break the golden rule? Here’s why, I had some Body Odor. When I got up that day, I had planned on taking a shower but slept in and did not have time before our scheduled appointment. So, I had some stink going on and he let me know it. From the start (after making sure I would not pay the 13K) he asked the same question over and over: Do you use your shower? After a few times I asked him why he asked me that, does it make a difference with the remodel? He ignored that and said “Do you use it? I said again why do you ask, he ignored me again and went on with his sales pitch. Interlacing the question “Do you use your shower and then directly saying “You should use it”. This was the most unprofessional sales pitch I have ever seen or even heard of. I don’t care if I smelt like death warmed over as a professional salesman you NEVER INSULT your prospect! I can’t say how many times he has done something like this but I bet I am not the first. You can bet there are other people out there that he has insulted, demeaned, disrespected and disregarded IN THEIR OWN HOMES. I would also bet they’re too embarrassed about whatever it was he insulted them on to say something but I’m not. So what I had some stink going. Logan Rust is the most unprofessional disrespectful salesman I have ever met. I would never do business with a company that employees the likes of him. As he left he asked what I planned on doing the rest of the day I said play C.O.D. he said “Maybe use your shower”. Now that last comment he said under his breath but I heard him. Update: Well this is interesting. Not only was your salesman unprofessional so are you. Unprofessionalism must be pervasive throughout your company. You actually admonish me? You said I should have left a review ASAP, instead of 5 months later. Well ASAP means: As Soon As Possible and 5 months later was as soon as possible and if you don’t like it that’s just too bad. So it looks like both Logan and yourself need training in professionalism.

The entire process was delightfully smooth. The design consultant was knowledgeable about all aspects of the company, materials, installation, etc. The installer (David Elms) arrived promptly each day, explained every detail about how the project would proceed, and worked meticulously to create an absolutely gorgeous shower. He was extremely diligent about minimizing his impact on our daily routine, kept his workspace clean, and cleaned up afterwards each day. The quality of the materials and fixtures is top notch. Their entire team; sales, installation, as well as their support group, worked together competently giving us a strong sense of confidence in having made the right decision. Highly recommend this Zintex group for anyone in the area considering a remodeling project.

Bret Irwin did a great job converting my bathtub/shower combo to a beautiful new walk in shower. He was courteous throughout the process, very careful to keep my home clean during and upon completion of the install, was knowledgable about every aspect of the product and installation and he answered all my questions with patience (and I had alot of questions!). From start to finish this has been a good experience, from the first consultation where Logan Rust gave me vital company information and helped me with product selection to Carrie’s communication regarding install date, to Bret’s outstanding service with demo and install. I would definitely recommend Zintex to friends and family based on my experience.

Just had my shower/bath tub done by Zintex Remodeling Group what a wonderful job Brett did he was he was professional nice and on time the customer service from Kerry was great kept me informed with the process If you are looking/wanting to redo your shower/bath tub I recommend Zintex

They will try an raise the cost of material. They told me 1200 for a pex installation saying it was the cost of the pex. They want to sucker you in to a loan to pay for the bathroom. The pex wasn’t the only thing they tried to raise the price of. However that stuck with me the most. That and the price of blue board. I wouldn’t use this company.

My 6×8 ft bathroom took 6 days to finish. The product itself is beautiful. The problem is with the workmanship. I have had to pay 550 dollars for floor joist repairs that the contractor said should have been noted by the installer before installation and now I have an 800 dollar plumber here due to improperly installed drain, ptrap and vent. Installer didn’t even use the correct plumbing materials for the job. So. My 14000.00 shower got me a squeaing shower and an improperly vented bathroom that leaks sewer gas back into my home. Zintex will tell you that none of these issues are their problem, and they only guarantee the wall product.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first about the shower install and how things ALWAYS look better online than they do in person. Let me just say that, Zintex has made me a believer. My shower installer was a really nice gentleman by the name of David E. He came out and was there at the scheduled time that we talked about a few days before. He took his time and really respected my home, taking care to clean messes as he went along. The outcome of my shower install is exceptional and I recommend anyone looking into a shower remodel to give Zintex a try. I can’t promise you that you’ll get David but a David-like installer will have your shower looking just as good as mine. I’ll attach pics but they surely won’t do it justice like this remodel deserves. Thank you Zintex, I will use you again for my remodeling needs.
