After we met with 3 other bathroom remodel companies who really were not prepared, we met with and were extremely impressed by Five Stars initial presentation – knowledge of the project that we presented Brad. Installation team highly skilled and completed the job quickly and without mess. Communication is our key factor and Five Star did not disappoint.

What a change in the bathroom; the company workers did an excellent job. They were on time and left the bathroom very clean after the job was done. Very pleasant and courteous workers. I will recommend the company to any one that wants excellent results

We have done numerous renovations on our homes, but this was the best experience we have had. Brad came out and gave us a very detailed explanation of their processes. He then did a detailed inspection of our existing shower and walked us through the options available to us. We received a detailed quote for multiple shower packages and were allowed without any pressure to make our selection. Bob came out shortly after accepting the quote, went over the process and set up our installation date. Mike, Chris, and Jazon came out as scheduled and did an excellent job removing the old shower and installing our new one. We highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions!

There is a reason they call their business Five Star Bath Solutions. They earned five stars, no problem. From the very beginning, every employee we came in contact with was top notch. We sat and got estimates from several companies, and met many competent people with great service. Some of the things that gave Five Star the edge were the Sentrel product that to us seemed to be an upgrade from typical acrylic, and Five Star offered it at a more economical cost. Also, some of the accessories that other companies charged extra for were part of the package deal. We were able to get the shower pan and the shelving in the same color pattern and material as the walls. Other companies only offered metal shelves and a white shower pan. Shauna gave great service on the phone. Brad came to give us a terrific presentation and deal, and even patched up the holes in our old shower to hold us over until they came to replace our shower. Bob came out to do final measurements and talk us through how the process would work. We were able to get an appointment faster than they or any other company had told us we could. We went from a 28 year old fiberglass, cracked bathtub to a wonderful, huge walk-in shower with a fabulous shower head. Darnell and Ehsan came right on time (or a little early, but they called first), and finished the whole demo and installation in one day. Our fancy glass shower door was installed 6 days later, as it was on back-order from another company. However, Mike, the crew chief came out to tell us personally what was going on. Darnell and Ehsan brought us a shower rod and curtain to tide us over in the meantime. Britt, the owner, even reached out to us to make sure we were satisfied. We are thrilled with our new shower, and highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Raleigh to anyone who is looking to do any bathroom upgrades.

Installers very skilled and worked well together (professionals). Trimmed out boundaries of shower was excellent. Installation method very good. Some slight concern about long term material quality. (Thin skin finish will not allow for using abrasive cleaners and is subject to damage from sharp objects, but can absorb impact forces much better than any ceramic tile). Under material is thicker than competitors and very tough. Backer board, adhesive, and caulk appear to be of highest quality.
