Impressive product and company! My salesman James Stallings had great ideas and products to show me- I knew that Jacuzzi bath remodel was for me! Cody and Edward are great at what they do- very organized and detailed! My 1965 cottage home with lots of quirks was quickly transformed into an unimaginable beautiful spa- I could not imagine the result! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Serenity Bath and jacuzzi! Great products and installers( Cody and Edward) Above and Beyond- they did not stop until it was perfect!

Working with Chris Fuller and Zander Fuller from Serenity Bath and Shower (Jacuzzi) has been a wonderful remodeling experience. Chris does such a professional job that we have full confidence that our install is top quality. Zander was the perfect assistant and extra set of hands. These two work together in perfect harmony. They’ve got to be one of the best install crews in the company! I will post another review when our glass install is completed, but as of right now we are extremely happy.

Cody and Ed were awesome. Excellent workmanship and great to work with. They were so pleasant . They saw me taking in groceries and even stopped to do that for me. Did not hesitate to redo or change things as needed. Probably the best crown molding job I have ever had done. I am so pleased. I may have to hire them back. Just because they did such a perfect job. I use to own rentals and one reason I’ve sold them is because you can’t get people to do a good job. Not the case with them. Excellent work . They are definitely a 10 out of 1-10

Chris was an EXCELLENT installer to work with! You can see he’s dedicated to doing excellent work. He explained and answered all my questions! Highly recommend SERENITY BATH & SHOWER. ***Although they made a grave error, they were very quick to correct it.
