Unshakable Builders Inc 4 months ago1. The advertisement stated the road in the neighborhood was publicly maintained. They also assured me there were no covenants or HOA. After living there 2 months a neighbor brings by the neighborhood covenants and makes me aware that the road is privately maintained. I have the ad. UB then proceeded to change it on their website/ MLS. My water turns everything orange. Was not potable when I moved in. It was da4k tan/brown cloudy. The well company put screening at 35 ft in my 75 ft well. Cutting corners. This is a health issue as well it deteriorating my appliances lifespan. Staining the fixtures and all water related items in my new home. 3. Bathtub never has drained. 4. Cabinet hinges do not work they keep breaking 5. No outside electrical outlet by the ac unit. Not code. 6. The sewer clean out plug is duck taped. 7. The siding in the house is nailed on 8. The landscaping is scrape it and leave it. Lots of debri, very little grass. Lots and lots of weeds. My front yard is bald. The slope of the yard makes it a raging river when it rains right up to the foundation of my house which then becomes a pond. They did come out and throw a small amount of dirt down… on the high part! And proceed to rake it around some… still on the high part. 9. The back brush area when asked prior to purchasing if it would grow back they said they put mulch there and it wouldn’t. It did grow back with a vengeance. Then they said they would send someone ti fix it. They didn’t. 10. The porch has huge cracks in the wood. And has wierd supports that if it was done right would not need to be there on the deck. 11. The Baseboards are coming away from the walls 12. The cabinet in the kitchen do not have a top in them. They will give you the run around put you off and then make it so you can’t even make a claim with the warranty. The warranty is unassessable as well. If they do respond they say it’s not covered. When I look at the folder and info I was given it says it is covered. Not trustworthy, poor quality I have reached out to numerous members of the ub team ,made numerous claims through warranty, emailed, spoken with both, multiple times. I have remained calm and hopeful for a year now. I have read the warranty information that was given to me while purchasing the house and it says these items are covered. As well as speaking to Courtney with my realtor present about covered items. At which time she implied they would be civered.

Sutton Specialty Contractors a week agoI would recommend working with Will to anyone. Through the entire project, he remained professional, kind, and very responsive. The number one rule of construction is expect the unexpected and boy was that true for my new home. Will was there through every obstacle and made sure I was happy at the end of the project.
