The experience started with Mark. He was prompt and went through the choices of a new bath tub. He made sure, I understood the process every step of the way. Day of install, Troy C and Cam P came to our home and was very professional and considerate of the home. The two gentleman remembered to close the door every time they needed to go outside. Kept me updated on the progress and made sure I was clear at the beginning and the end of the project. The before and after photos are like night and day. West Shore did a fantastic job in the guest bathroom. Anna H. came by the home to make sure that the project was on schedule and dropped off a gift. This company is a “First Class Act” from beginning to end!!!!

I would like to highly recommend the quality, professional workmanship that I received during the last two days from WestShore Home. The four gentlemen who did our installs were Trey C., Kamal S., Noah N., and Ethan C. These gentlemen were beyond polite and courteous. They worked diligently for two days to finish our installations. They did professional work, they were respectful of our property, they were pleasant and amiable to us as clients and to each other as they worked, and when they completed their installations, they left our property neat and clean. I am impressed with the quality of workmanship from WestShore Home; however, I am even more impressed with the professionalism of the workmen who did the installations. Thank you, Joyce Godwin

We are very pleased with the work West Shore Homes did at our home. We had an old walk- in shower, very small and a jacuzzi tub- we never use! West Shore Home gave us the shower room we needed and linen closet space. I’m so happy and it looks great!! Update: had to install a completely new bathroom for my husband due to extreme disabilities in his legs. Tore up the West Shore Homes shower and learned they covered up some serious flaws in the base floor of the shower. Covered up issues that should have been fixed prior to installation.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. I am a recently separated veteran from the Marine Corps and had a job lined up with this place 5 weeks in advance from my start date. I did all of my onboarding the week they offered me the job, stayed on top of everything and even regularly texted my point of contact for the onboarding process asking for updates. Well fast forward to 2 days before I get out of the military and a week before I’m set to start working here and they tell me I’m no longer eligible for the job because of a ticket I received 3 years ago. Nowhere in the job description, recruiting process, interview, or onboarding process was I ever told I needed a clean driving record. I have absolutely no issue with this company not being able to hire me over a ticket I got, it’s the fact they waited until 2 days before I got out of the military to tell me despite the fact that I submitted everything four weeks prior. The lack of professionalism has now caused me to be an unemployed veteran frantically looking for a job because I have bills to pay. In terms of their actual quality of work, I guess I’ll never know, but I can tell you the management here has no idea what they’re doing and I guess that makes me lucky I’m not working here.
