4.5/5 – Riley and his team did phenomenal work on our bathroom remodel! Although they were our highest bid, I could instantly tell that Riley was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Absolutely no complaints about the work completed – Riley has great attention to detail and wasn’t afraid to work on something until it was perfect. They worked with us on several delays due to broken countertops and the 4th of July holiday. Only took off half a star because there were several occasions on which work started 30 minutes or more after the time we were told, or we were told work would be happening one day and found out that same morning that no one would be coming. I get it, things happen and schedules change, and our remodel was still finished within the projected timeline, it was just frustrating and could have been a problem if I worked outside of the home.

I’ll start off by saying I typically do not leave reviews unless an individual or company truly deserves it. I technically didn’t use Summit Home Solutions due to scope, budget (insurance), and timeline I needed a job complete but Riley helped me start to finish without receiving a dime for his efforts. After dealing with multiple GC’s throughout this insurance claim, it was very clear that Riley goes a step further than most, if not all GC’s in the Omaha Metro area. His level of communication and transparency exceeded my expectations. For any future home projects, Summit Home Solutions will always be my first call. Thanks again, Riley!

I am seriously so blown away by this company. We had a terrible experience with another contractor who spent over 2 weeks giving us a bathroom floor that was bowed over 2 inches in the middle. Riley and Caleb came out and did the demo, fixed the underlying problem, and laid the floors in a single day! It looks amazing and was so stress free. Riley has so much integrity that he’s going through the initial bid he gave us to cut costs since it took less time and fewer supplies than he anticipated. He’s not out to make a crazy profit, he’s out to do the best work for the best price for his customers. I highly recommend and will personally recommend to all my fellow homeowner friends!
