Product is very nice, although ridiculously expensive. Administrative side of this operation is NOT! Trying to get someone to return a call is ridiculous. Mistake on shower doors, (theirs) took three weeks to receive. Sent wrong safety bars. The workers on the other hand were good and friendly. Although the original worker lost screws and covers for the towel bar they took down. The workers that came to finally put the shower doors in, Jack and Damien, were wonderful and helpful and did everything to fix what hadn’t been done right the first time. So three weeks after our ‘one day installation, we have a nice new shower conversion.

It took 3 weeks and 3 difference installation crews to complete the project. The last two men had to tear out a considerable amount of the work performed by the previous 2 crews. Donald Williams and Stephen Harris did a great job getting the job completed right. I am a retired contractor and I know the job cost 2 times what it was worth. I decided to go with Jacuzzi because of the “name brand.” I am extremely disappointed in Jacuzzi. I feel like we are due restitution from Jacuzzi for our suffering and inability to use the walkin shower as purchased for 3 weeks. I can NOT recommend using Jacuzzi for a walkin shower conversion.

Made an appointment for 6pm on a Monday – told them I would rather be contacted in the evenings, and preferred SMS instead of phone calls, but they called me at the asscrack of dawn on a Saturday to confirm the appointment. Canceled the appointment – if they can’t figure out that people who aren’t awake in the early morning shouldn’t be contacted at that time then I figure they probably shouldn’t be touching my house. They were prepared to offer me 30% off plus a $500 gift card if I kept the appointment, which only tells me that their markup is egregious to begin with. Sorry, not gonna play ball.

Ramon and Jorge V worked together very well. 2 full days and no lunch break. Very good install. Both were really friendly too. Expected a little more from Jacuzzi’s materials. Seam in middle. They should have bigger panels to prevent having seams.
