Detroit Construction Solutions LLC – Grosse Pointe 10 months agoOur upstairs bathroom hadn’t been touched for many decades and desperately needed an update – DCS came into the picture and went to work. They would not quit until we were over the the top satisfied and we LOVE the end result 🙂

Brosnan Builders 7 months agoComplete Kitchen Renovation The quality of work delivered by Brosnan Builders was exceptional. From the meticulous attention to detail to the professionalism exhibited by every member of their team — each and every aspect of their work exceeded our expectations. Their communication throughout the project was exemplary, ensuring that we were informed at every stage. They even worked around the schedule of our two 150lb+ Great Danes constantly curious, voicing their opinion, or needing to go outside during the entire project. Additionally, they adhered to the timeline, completing the renovation within the estimated period and were so detailed on making sure the space was spotless at the end of each day as to not disturb our daily lives. One aspect that stood out was their willingness to take our design ideas and bring them to life transforming our kitchen into a functional yet aesthetically pleasing space. Their problem-solving skills were evident when they tackled unforeseen issues efficiently, keeping the project on track. We wholeheartedly recommend Brosnan Builders to anyone seeking top-notch renovation services and we will 100% look to Brosnan for our future projects.

POINTE HILL’S LANDSCAPING LLC 2 years agoThe male owner is the most unprofessional individual I have ever interacted with. He doesn’t know how to schedule properly. I paid for 4-weeks of lawn service for July and 4-weeks of lawn service for August. In July I received 3-weeks of lawn service do to their inability to properly schedule. I allowed them to keep the 4th weeks pre-paid cut as a tip. In August I did not receive any lawn service. He came to cut mid-month and did not want to refund the pre-paid lawn service for the 2-weeks he missed (due to rain). He refused to provide a refund. After yelling at me in a very threating way, I asked him to leave my property. I went to my credit card company to retrieve the full refund. As I expected, he lied to the credit card company and stated he does not agree with the refund. My neighbors all provided written documents on my behalf attesting to the fact that my lawn was not cut during the month of August. One of my neighbors and his daughter came over to cut my grass themselves until I could find a replacement company. These are very dishonest individuals. I would not recommend doing business with them. If you are a woman, please do not approach him without your spouse or another male individual present. I am sure he would not have spoken to me in the manner that he did if I were not a woman, or if I was accompanied by a man. I did receive my refund from my credit card company. Beware!
