We converted our tub to shower using Bath Planet of Boston. Our conversion was done in one day. The workers arrived at 8 AM as promised. They were professional, polite and could not have done a better job. We are very pleased with the outcome and they stand by their work. The Ledbetters.

From start to finish, Bath Planet was helpful, without being pushy, punctual, did a great job in approximately 8 hours, as advertised. Nicole was wonderful to work with and Jeremy’s follow up scheduling went smoothly . Thank you Bath Planet for a lovely shower. In addition, the 2 workers were very professional and given the location of my condo, up a hill and the stairs, the installation was a bit rigorous. They were polite, reassuring and left the bathroom and areas in and out very clean.. I would give Bath Planet a 5 star rating.

From start to finish our experience was amazing with the Bath Planet Team! Nicole, who helped us design a new clean look, listened to our concerns for updating an old bathroom to a safe walk in shower for our parents who are in their 80’s and want to remain in their home. They were able to do the job in 3 days. (Would have been 6 weeks with a private contractor) Best case scenario with minimal disruption! Jeremy was in contact to get the job scheduled, he was great at following up too. The installation team and project coordinator Gil were responsible, respectful, and kept things clean while they worked daily! Gil was very communicate with us throughout the project. Nicole also reached out after completion of the project to make sure we were happy! Their workmanship was excellent and they take pride in the job they are doing! I had a great experience with Bath Planet from the initial no pressure meeting to pick out the shower unit and accessories, to the scheduling for install, and to the install team. I could not believe how much work the two installers did in a 10 hour period. I feel that I am staying at a luxury hotel when using the shower.

We remodeled our basement bathroom from builder spec to a more “spa-like” feel. Everything about the process was professional and thorough from the sales process to final installation. The work crew arrived on time and worked efficiently through the day to demo the old shower and get the new one framed, installed and completed in a single day. If you are looking for a quick and cost-effective replacement to an older shower, Bath Planet of Boston is my recommendation. One note, this is not the team to use if you are looking for a custom tile/marble installation. For us, this was a perfect solution.

After 20 years of living with a shower + jacuzzi tub that never was used we needed an upgrade. We met with the Bath Planet design consultant Nicole who was fantastic to work with. She took us through all the options, the pros and cons of tile vs acrylic, the maintenance of each etc, then helped us design our new shower! The whole process took about 6 weeks from design to install. The install team was very professional and respectful of our home to keep everything as clean as possible. And as promised in one day we ditched the old tub and had a new beautiful shower, glass barn doors and a high-end looking shower! People who have seen it think it’s tile and we couldn’t be happier with the final results!

I showed the old bathtub to three companies including bath planet. The design consultant from bath planet was very professional and commented very clearly in detail. I noticed her seriousness when measuring. Thanks to her accuracy, everything fitted correctly. The technicians knew what they were doing with amazing work ethic. I am glad to have bath planet take the contact.
