They replaced the original 30 year old plus tub/shower in our main bathroom and the walk in shower in our master bath. Both came out very nice and met our expectations. The whole process was fantastic from Seth who gave me the quote and walked through everything with me to Bryce getting the job done well and fast. Even my dad, who is notoriously hard to impress, raved about the great of a job was done. Definitely recommend using Tailored for your bathroom upgrade!

This was a definite positive experience by having tailored remodeling come in and redo my bathroom. Not only were they neat and tidy, laying absolutely no mess behind, that they work finished was Top Shelf. It will also be easy to clean, which is a plus. They took the need for accessibility seriously when adding ground bars in the shower and reattaching them by the toilet. The designs that were put together for my shower or stunning. Also, they were Timely with their work day and finished on the day they stated. I would hire them to do another project if one comes up.

Super quick install…about a day and a half. Faster than expected. Installer was was quick and efficient. Very nice and understanding and easy to work with. Explained everything and even informed us about things we were unaware of from previous work. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to update their bathroom!

FINAL UPDATE: Bobby did call back later the same day as below. He provided a date and an apology, which was appreciated. We did get the seat installed, about two full months after initial install. Seat looks great and installation tech was awesome! Took 10 minutes. Overall happy with the shower remodel. Would recommend Tailored for your bathroom needs. UPDATE: When our shower was installed, the original seat that we had ordered could not be installed due to construction issues with the home; no fault of Tailored. We chose a different seat and it was ordered right away. After six weeks, nothing was heard reference the seat arriving or a date of when it could be installed. I texted my salesman twice, receiving no response. I called the head office and was told that the seat had indeed arrived and installation was waiting to be scheduled. I was told that scheduling would contact me that day. After waiting another week, I called again, and talked to Bobby in scheduling. I was told that they were waiting for more jobs to be scheduled in our area and our seat installation would be scheduled then. I explained that the original installation was done two months ago, and I felt that the seat needed to be installed regardless of whether there were other jobs in my area or not. Bobby’s attitude changed significantly, and I was told that since I was not willing to be understanding and wait, he would call me tomorrow and let me know when installation would happen. I explain to him that I had already waited almost 2 months and I felt I had done my part, however he said he would call me tomorrow and hung up on me. Product quality is great, installation was great, taking care of the customer after the sale – terrible. So very happy with our new walk-in shower!! Excellent quality! Our installer Zach was professional and provided the highest level of craftsmanship! Thank you Tailored!
