Update 4/22/24: New guys stopped by and made it about as good as the system can be. All of the issues with the floor pan seem to be completely fixed–it feels super solid. Great install team (this time), good product, not great pricing for what you get given this took 3 months… Added some stars back. Update 4/1/24: It’s been over two weeks and several phone calls trying to get ahold of someone… No call backs! To “fix” the issues, they sent the original installer, who made it *worse”. (Photos removed since they fixed it 4/22) The junk all over the shower is chalk. It looks terrible. Almost 3 months now instead of “one day install”… Update 2/27/24: Added 1 star back in good faith. Got a call back, sent photos, and they seem to really want to make things right, and I very much appreciate that. Will follow up once I have an update. Update 2/26/24: Dropped 1 star. Different person came over 2/15 and made the issues a lot better. But for the price, I expected 1) no cheap-plastic creaking & popping sounds from the floor pan when you step in it, 2) caulking to not stand out 3) quick turnaround due to “one day install” promise. My bath remodel is now set back over a month and counting. I’ve called several times, 3+ times with, “you’ll get a callback,” then nothing. I’m now worried I’m being ignored since I paid in full. Hopefully it’s all a misunderstanding. I’ll keep updating as updates happen (or not) and adjust the rating accurately. Some images posted. I’ll post video too of the creaking and popping floor pan. (removed due to issue fixed 4/22) Update 2/2/24: Tub to shower complete, but some issues. Trying to resolve it. So far customer service has been super responsive and accommodating. Service scheduled for 2/15. Stay tuned. Original post (1/11/24) below: I’ll edit this with before and after pics once it’s installed, but going through the sales process was a breeze. Jeremy is super friendly, helpful, and seems to really care about helping people create a home they love. I’m doing a tub-to-shower conversion in the basement on concrete slab.

Robert Peel is so wonderful!! I’ve been living and taking care of my mother for 12 years now. Our showers are old here in our condo. My mother’s shower is becoming a fall hazard. But now with her new shower that’s on its way, I can rest easy!! And not only are we getting her a new shower, I’m getting a new shower too!!!! Two new showers in our condo for one great price! And now my mother will be safe!!! Thanks again Bath Planet and Mr. Robert Peel!!!
