Professional Done We had 2 Bathrooms done here at our condo. We are very happy with the results and the professionalism that our carpenter Barak did, he kept us informed he asked us for our opinions. He cleaned up every night before he left to go home. Barak went out of his way to make sure we were very please. The bathrooms really are so beautiful.

Work was done professionally and perfectly. The installer, Barak, was very professional, friendly, punctual, cleaned up daily, and kept us up to date every step of the way. Everyone involved from Sho-Pro was great.

I work was completed a week ago. Later I shall review the quality of materials. As to the installation, It was excellent. Brarak is a outstanding installer. Work was well done with everything left clean each night. As someone who knows about construction, I carefully observed the work and was very pleased. The final shower looks and works well.

I am changing my review back to what it should have been the entire time and including additional details now. The salesman visited our house towards the end of 2023 and pitched us on a custom shower system with twin showerheads and a few other niceties. We signed with them to have the shower put in. They came out again in January to go over the financing option that we were approved for and we signed then as well. It took them until april to then install the shower, we were told they are at the mercy of the manufacturer which, I get, however their salesman gave us a timeline and they blew the timeline. The salesman also told us that there was a $100 credit per day that they blow the timeline. We were later told that isnt the case anymore and hadnt been for years. They attempted to tell us at first that I couldnt have been told that as that isnt their policy even though you can still find that buried on their website if you do a google search. I assume it is an old page that is no longer linked internally but still findable through a search engine. Here nor there however, the installer was friendly and came and did the install. This is when issues truly began. The install looked terrible, there were gaps in every seam of the shower and had we showered in it water would have seeped into the flooring/ walls in every single direction. After multiple calls they finally sent someone back to address this issue. It took a few visits before all initial issues were resolved at which time their head of sales or whatever came out to sit down with us and discuss issues. I had originally posted a one star review of the company prior to this which I believe is the only reason they finally reached back out to me. Upon his visit with us he stated they simply could not refund us the amount they would have had to in order to meet what the salesman told us (It would have been around $1200) but that they would give us $500 if I changed my review. I agreed, I signed a paper to that effect and was told that we would get a check in the mail. It is now about a month later and there is no check. I have tried reaching out to them 7 times now and no one answers the phone except for a single time when I was told the person i’d need to speak to is ‘out’. The other times I have left voicemails. I have also been following the reviews for this company and notice that a TON of one and two star reviews are posted and then taken down or changed shortly afterwards. This company is buying all their reviews in order to stay in business and it needs to stop. As the company has failed to uphold its end of the deal I made with them I am rescinding my agreement for the $500. This review will be staying up as a warning to all for the extremely shady business practices this company has and I would strongly urge ANYONE reading this to NOT use this company for anything. I have seen horrible reviews for the other work this company does as well, not just showers, only for them to be changed a few days later.
