I do not regret it, this company took a professional approach, they have various licenses and permits. The company built my new house a little cheaper than competing companies.

While our master bathroom shower remodeling project was small compared to other projects Villa Construction & Development does, they made us feel as if our project was top priority. Exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, cleanup every day as the work was done. Protective plastic and covering for the bathroom floor, bedroom and stairs was thoughtfully placed. The owner came by regularly to check on progress and kept making additional suggestions to enhance the project, but wouldn’t make it any additional cost. The automated estimate and billing also is very convenient. The owner, workers and office manager are all highly professional and show uncommon care for the project.

Stanley & Peter Construction, Inc. 3 years agoSee my yelp review. Stanley is fine, Peter needed to fire. He lies and did a lot of bait and switch with paint and items. Cost me so much out of pocket to repair the work they messed up.
