I can’t say enough on how much difference Bath Fitters transformed our bathroom tub into a shower it looks amazing and the workmanship is absolutely 1st rate, I also have the give kudos to the installer Eric he was right on time and did a great job leaving the bathroom spotless as if there wasn’t any construction done, you can tell he takes immense pride in his work.

Started job around 8:00 and completed before 4:00. Great job! Worker was excellent! However, not happy with the quality of the shower door and fixtures. For cost over $12,000 I expected the quality to be a lot better. I recommend making sure the products you will be getting are what you are expecting.

The sales portion wasn’t great. We wanted the shower walls to go all the way to the ceiling. The salesman sold us a shower that pattern that didn’t do that. Had to reschedule the installation. We were offered $250 off for our troubles. Wasn’t great. The installer, Devin was awesome. I’d give him 5 stars. Polite, punctual, efficient, friendly. Did a great job. Sales and pre installation portions aside, I’m very happy with the final product.
