We use Leo Morales Remodeling to expand our home. They were professional, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. They worked on our home from Jan 27th thru April 25th 2022. We initially contacted several other companies, but none could determine where to put the entrance from the new edition to the existing edition without losing space. Mr. Morales had no problems visualizing this. He has a smaller crew but they got the work done. We had them use the existing space to create 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill handicap accessible bathroom. And to add on 18 X 18 sq.ft master bedroom suite, with his and hers closet. They did a great job. The clean up wasn’t the best but overall; the project is beautiful! They even added a small ramp inside the shower to accommodate wheelchair. The work was done from Jan 27th thru April 25th 2022. The only problem/issue we had was the amount agreed upon for adding on 4 extra feet. This was worked out leaving a good working relationship. We will use this company in the future for remodeling our kitchen and adding on a garage

I feel sad and disappointed in writing this post, but as a single mom who works very hard for her money I felt it necessary to make people aware of the potential outcome when doing business with this gentleman. He was hired and given a deposit to screen in a back patio for me and my children. He kept making arrangements to visit and not showing, or even communicating he wouldn’t show. When he did respond I was advised he had other jobs more important. I informed him I don’t do business that way and just asked that he return my deposit less the amount for a couple supplies he purchased. He agreed and now is ignoring my calls and text. I will be following up to see that my money is returned and notifying the proper business authorities. This is not ok and I just wanted to inform people so it won’t happen to you.
