We had Scott from dreamStyle remodel our master bath shower. He did a fantastic job and it looks fabulous!!! ***Update-So our shower walls have failed and also leaked into our lower level bathroom. We have had a very difficult time getting them to respond and follow up with the warranty work. We’ve been without our master bath shower for months. Getting no where with the company. It’s very frustrating to say the least. I would not recommend them!!!!

They did a great job! Very clean and quick. The installer stayed till the install was complete done. Did not need to come back the next day.

Dreamstyle did such an amazing job remodeling our primary shower we had them do our guest bathroom as well. Highly recommended.

We had Dreamstyle in San Diego install new windows and 1 door in 2018. For most of the years in between we have had the locks on the windows break and our back door almost impossible to lock during the wet months. I have reported these issues several times to have long delays in someone coming out. When they have, they proceed to waste an hour to two of my time taking measurements and pictures and then nothing is done. When I call back I get no return calls because that person no longer works there. I am probably on my 5th or sixth time getting resolve. I now get calls from Pella (maker of my windows) to get my credit card because the card on file for Dreamstyle is not going through. Last week my final attempt was to contact the corporate office and they assured me I would get a call back the next day from a Joe (Operations Manager) in our San Diego location. Needless to say I’m still waiting. Next step BBB as I can get no resolve. My advice, find another place for any jobs you have.

We sat with Chris In January, and were given to expect 2 days at the most once someone was onsite. Schedules were 6 weeks out. We got the shower in on March 11, but we’re still waiting to have the glass people come and measure and we’re now told that will be another 3-5 weeks for the glass, which is a long time. Given a credit score in 800’s and an interest rate of over 20% this is expensive and delivery is disappointing at best. Buyer Beware!

VERY BAD: I have been trying for one week to talk to some one about a problem I am having with my hand held shower . Every one I have talked to said ” I will forward an e-mail to the proper person in Colorado”. But no body has made an effort to contact me. It is sad that we paid several thousands dollars for this project and we CANNOT even get any to communicate with us!!!

I am so disappointed in Dreamstyle Remodeling. We got our shower done about 2 years ago. Before we actually said yes to them they said we would get free caulking done when the shower needed it. Also the shower is now dis-corloring. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS! The material must have been cheap in order to start this. They also added in the wrong shower head at the beginning, but we decided to let that go. We have been calling them to get this figured out and 2 times we called and left a message both times, no call back. This last time they sent us over to the service line, I got a voicemail. Again, left a message. We got a call back and the guy said he hadn’t worked there for a year so not sure why they sent us to him. We spent 20K on this and so disappointed in it all.

Horrible customer service for any repairs. I have been dealing with a leaking shower for over 6 months. They have been out a few times and replace the same part every time and then it breaks a few weeks later. No one ever calls back when you call for service and it takes 5 or more calls/voicemails to get an actual person on the phone. 100% Would not recommend.

We first went with DreamStyle in 2019. The company was highly rated. We had them install several windows and two external doors. One of the doors we told them would be attached to a floating wall that is above a floating door. They said this would be no problem and if there were any issues with the door they would guarantee their work for the life of the door as long as we were still the home owners. It is clear that the door was attached more to the floor than the floating wall. There is shifting going on and we have called Dreamstyle several times. They finally responded after the 6 time calling. When they came out to fix the door they said it was because the wrong hinges were installed. So we waited about a month for them to come back with the new hinges. I told them several times that the problem was probably with the frame. They insisted to adjust the door. The hinges were placed crooked on the frame and the adjusted the holes in the fame for the door latch’s. Our door is now crooked and difficult to open. We spent about $4,000 on the door and it barely works. Update…. Due to my review, Dreamstyle reached out to us to make repairs. They ordered us a new doors and made sure that the door would not be attached to the floor but rather anchored using the floating wall. They were quick to get everything fix and working properly. We are very happy with the updated repairs. They definitely stand by their warranty. Thank you for making things right for us.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced, and could not be happier! Our installers Roy and Anthony did a magnificent job. Our cabinets are 30+ years old, and they went the extra mile to make them look and function as if brand new. They communicated clearly with us throughout the process to make sure we received exactly what was promised, and even helped us make some last minute decisions that made the final product perfect for our specific layout. Thank you to the whole team at Dreamstyle – we love our new kitchen!
