EHR turned our master bathroom (and closet) and into a haven recently. Paul’s attention to detail and quality workmanship gave me the confidence to know that this renovation will stay water-tight and beautiful for years to come. It wasn’t the fastest turnaround, but it was by far the best quality job I could have asked for. Paul was pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for tile work that will last a lifetime.

We needed our basement finished quick after my wife started her new job. Paul and team came out, did their measurements and listened to our requests and made some recommendations that we hadn’t explored. We are novices in all things remodel/construction so he was extremely patient and communicative as he walked us through literally every step. Even did a little side job and built out a fireplace for us as well! Above all, he was fun to be around (despite being a Packer fan) and developed a cute little friendship with our daughter and dogs that still lives on today! Have been and will continue to reach out to Paul for work! 5 out of 5!

I haves used Paul for several projects and a complete garage renovation. The knowledge and details he brings to the table are incredible! All projects were completed on time and no short cuts were taken. We appreciated his open line of communication during all phases of the construction process. Paul and Brittany were life savers when we had to rebuild our shower after an extremely damaging plumbing issue. They helped us make sure problems from the initial plumbing repair job were solved and done correctly, and did a super thoughtful and thorough job rebuilding basically our entire bathroom. They also did their best to salvage what they could from our existing build to help keep costs down. Additionally, when our project was held up after another company’s work needed to be redone, Paul and Brittany worked extra hours to ensure that our job was still completed on time, with a tight deadline. They were also just generally super nice and helpful as a resource for us as new homeowners!

We had our powder room and laundry remodeled. EHR did a great job of laying a new slate floor and installing all the new fixtures and fittings. We asked them (on the hop) if they’d use the remaining slate to redo our den fireplace and they were happy to take on the small extra job. It looks fantastic.

EHR remodeled our main bath. The end result is absolutely beautiful. Paul and Brittany were very friendly and I was extremely comfortable having them in my home. They even helped me clean up a (huge) paint spill I created, saving my wall and carpet. They want what’s best for the customer – I was going to junk my old tub and Paul explained to me that it would be better to save the quality tub I had rather than replacing with a plastic one. I’ve already decided to use EHR to do my master bath remodel later this year.

Paul Schlotthauer and his team (designer – Lorene, asst – Brittany, plumber – Angel, sheetrocker & electrician – Polo) are amazing!! While the whole basement was finished, the bathroom was the star of the show. The basement spa bathroom is better quality and finish than our master bathroom. The soaking tub is used almost daily along with the inset TV, which was a suggestion by Paul and one we are so happy we agreed to. The final product is so amazing! We love the work that Paul, Lorene, and Brittany did for us!! Yes, it was expensive, but the attention to detail by Paul was worth it.

Paul and his team provided us with top notch service and attention to detail. His team was courteous and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Paul and Brittany for any remodeling needs. I especially appreciated the up front pricing and honesty. My wife was thankful for Lorrine’s help in designing her new retreat. She made the process seamless and enjoyable. Paul was available to answer questions throughout the process day or night. If you want the job done properly this is the team!

Paul is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. My husband and I were first time remodelers and he walked us through the entire process and even came out on a Saturday after the project was done to fix a minor issue we were having that was no fault of his own. I highly recommend using Elegant for all your remodel needs!
