Scott is literally the best Tile guy in the Temecula Valley. I have had him work on 5 different projects for me. He has done tile in my old house, my new house and my business. Every time it turns out gorgeous.

Scott has great skills and is amazing with flooring. We have used Scott from 2018 to 2024. 2018 he did half our house in tile and our fireplace. 2021-2022 I got quotes only. Had to save up 2024 master bathroom and kids bathrooms got new floors. 2025 who know what will happen, but Scott will be called back. I will keep using him as we need for remodeling and or flooring or plumbing. His quotes are accurate. He is open with items not covered or what will happen during discovery phases. This means no hidden cost He is clean. He cleaned my garage floor before setting up. Who does that? Attached photos are just a part of his work. The fireplace stone was all free formed. We had no pattern just a bunch of random stone. He layouts the work first and makes sure it fits. He uses very few cuts. But when he does have to the cuts are clean and square. You get what you pay for as well. If his cost is a bit higher use him. The amount of prep works he does is worth it. We had a 3 day job. But because he took his time and got it laid out first. The job was done in 2 days without working overtime. He is the best at what he does. Also all invoices are clear and easy to understand.

Scott did a great job re-tiling our shower and bathtub. His tiling skill is top notch. More importantly to us is that Scott does the whole job, from bid to completion. No middle men, so no jacked up price to pay someone who just bids the job. Scott and crew did everything to protect the rest of the bedroom and house from any mess or damage, and cleaned up every day. They estimated two weeks, and finished in two weeks. They were here on time every morning. They communicated very clearly with us. And very importantly, when we found a small problem the day after the job was complete, I called Scott and he came and fixed it the next day. We are glad we hired RSM Tile and would hire them again

Scott completed my backsplash today and his work exceeded my expectations! Not only did he do a phenomenal job on my kitchen but he was also very kind and efficient. His communication throughout the process was informative and made me feel at ease. Quality work! I definitely recommend him.
