Jeff was great. First time using avalon and will definitely be future customers. He showed up on time with a courtesy call before hand and did a awesome job on cleaning the tank. Followed up afterwards to let me know how it all went and answered some questions for me. Definitely worth it in my book. Highly recommend Jeff

Very nice gentleman. This was our 2nd time using Avalon to pump our system in Lake Hallie. Will be using Avalon from here on out. I also called Valley and I don’t know who the lady is that answers the phone once in awhile but she’s rude, you leave messages for Valley and they don’t call you back. Avalon is hassle free.

We had a pipe fixed by our plumbers at Kjelstads. The septic needed to be pumped asap to fix pipe further down than we expected. Avalon came to the rescue, they were quick, courteous, and very helpful. They did an excellent job for a last minute job. I’m tickled pink with them. They got a pretty truck too! Thanks so much Avalon! Plumbers got the job done that day! AAA+

Very professional, polite, and timely service. Jeff was very easy to communicate and coordinate with, showed up exactly as scheduled despite it being the hottest day we’ve had in years, and was in and out quickly with no mess left behind. I highly recommend Avalon for septic service.
