Great service! They were able to fit me, it was a semi emergency. This is the first house I’ve owned with a septic, so Luke and Josh went through everything I need to do to take care of my system. Highly recommend this company, I appreciated them taking the time to educate me on the system.

Called to inquire about having septic inspected and pumped, had to leave a message and within 10 minutes Chrissy called back to schedule service. They were available same day. Sean, Josh and Lucas were out at the house within an hour! They were so knowledgeable and helpful and willing to explain what they were doing and why. 10/10 recommend Dirty Deeds to anyone needing septic services!

Great response by the team. Lucas made certain my guard dogs were comfortable and proceeded to be thorough, friendly and professional. I appreciated his educating me to some of my concerns and questions. My having a 3800 gal tank makes me hope I won’t need services again for awhile, but very relieved to know that they are willing to come when trouble arises.

These guys are the real deal! I had an emergency situation develop on a Sunday and was desperate to find help. After multiple calls, no one was answering the phone or returning calls. I found Dirty Deeds and called expecting the same, but I was surprised to have the owner of the company answer and agree to help us out. Keith came out Sunday evening and not only fixed our issue, he took the time to educate us on our system. I found that I was not getting my money’s worth from another off-island septic repair company, as they were not performing the service that I was paying for monthly. So not only did Dirty Deeds bail us out when no one else would, they helped us see the light with a bad company. They are 100% veteran owned and operated, and the quality of their work and the professionalism displayed by the crew is second to none. I could not give higher praise for the job these folks do! Update 6/24/2024: Dirty Deeds saved us again! Our pump went out with the power a bit ago unbeknownst to us and flooded our system. Always on a Sunday evening lol! Keith reached out to me and set an appointment for the next day. Lucas came out with the biggest septic truck I’ve ever seen and pumped out our system. He was super professional and courteous! He explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand which I really appreciate. If you have septic needs I urge you, don’t hesitate to give these folks a call!

Lucas from Dirty Deeds was very helpful and spent time answering all of my questions and explaining my system to me. He even found a way to take photos inside my tank to help show me where my problems were. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We were in dire need of remediation with our septic system and Dirty Deeds sent a truck to pump out our tanks at the end of the day ensuring we would not run into a bigger problem overnight. The driver Lucas shows that he loves his job and his level of knowledge and willingness to share what he knows is helpful to educate the homeowner.
