Friendly, professional, and prompt service! We had scheduled with another well known company that showed up past the service window given, only to tell us they couldn’t get their truck down our driveway. We had warned them they may need their smaller truck and they showed up with their full sized one anyway, then told us they’d need to come out another day. Septic issues are not something you want to wait on! The guys at A Advanced mobbed up in their enormous truck with no problem at all a couple hours after contacting them. They were quick, friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys!

If you know the issue you’re having I’d recommend calling another company. Advanced are more concerned about advancing your invoice versus find the most cost friendly solutions. I was having an issue with my drain field from putting a pool over top it causing my pump tank to fill up. When they arrived I told him the two front tanks where at operating level I had removed the filter and cleaned it. I’ve removed the pump it’s working great, and I had pin pointed it to the drain field. As the tech said “you have already checked all the boxes there’s nothing for him to do”. He would pump it to relive my tank and have to send a tech with a camera to look up the pipes. The call turned from service to just pumping my pump tank. While he was there I mentioned with this level my alarm never went off could he please check it. he went into the garage to find it was on silent flip of the switch problem solved. While they were here the tech said would call to see about removing the tech fee, due to all they could do was pump the tank. Then the next day you see a credit card charge at almost $900 When you call to dispute the charge you get a response “the Forman will call you when he gets in” that’s been 5 business days and nothing. So far I’ve called three times and no call back. Now I’m no professional but coming to find out there’s things they could have done before sending a camera to look up the lines. After pumping you could take the caps off and push water back into the tank to make sure there’s no block in that leach line while flushing the lines at the same time. I took the caps off and flushed the gunk into the yard using my pump. Things seem to be working fine now, if I would have know that could have saved me this head ache. Now I need to go back in and re attach the pump he didn’t put it back on correctly so when you turn it on it water pours out before the valve. You’ll also get charged for disposables on the bill as in gloves masks I’m sure that was for the 4 new screws I thought that was more comical getting charged for normal operation costs. If you need a pumping they are fine but if you need other work done I’d try to go elsewhere first.

Prompt attendance by Brian Chapin. He checked the septic chambers and explained what problem seems to be. He resolved it quickly and made sure all was back in place and working properly. Good attitude, friendly service. Charged less than intial quote as work needed was much less.
