We were completely satisfied with the work done by Cavalier Septic (led by “Timmy). After pumping our septic tank, Timmy diagnosed the problem (tank draining slowly) and replaced the old corrugated pipe running b/w the tank and the distribution box with PVC pipe. He also cleaned out the lines running out of the distribution box. The customer service was excellent, including very professional/timely communication and accurate estimation of costs. We would definitely use Cavalier Septic again (but hopefully won’t have to!) and recommend them to others.

They were timely in making the appointment for a non emergency pump out. They schedule a window and call with a more narrow time the day before. And a call when they are on the way. The guys were friendly and efficient. The tank was not at all where we thought it would be.

Wonderful and friendly people. Talked out prices over the phone before coming out. Costs were extremely reasonable and the service was prompt and high quality. No dodging questions or giving the run around. After digging they replaced everything just as it was before. Highly recommended for all your septic needs.

They are excellent for scheduling a day to come to your house and not show up. This happened 3 times. I waited all of these days for the company to show up and when I followed up by phone they would not answer my calls. I found another family company that I will use from now on. I am not sure what kind of games they are playing but this will not happen to me again by Cavalier. Really unbelievable!!!!

This is my third time having Cavalier Septic fix a problem and I am always more than impressed. They never over-charge. They are professional, kind, and do a great job. They always start by assuming that it is an easy fix and go from there if they find its more difficult. This time I got 2 estimates… $575 from Cavalier Septic and $2400 from another company who jumped the gun and assumed they would have to dig up the yard and told me the sludge level was maxed out and I was about to have a big problem. Once again Cavalier Septic was the most honest company to work with. No sludge problem, distribution box just needed a little adjustments and the person who installed the septic on this new house made a mistake that caused most of the stuff to go in one of the lines rather than all lines evenly. Cavalier septic was creative in their fix of this problem and all is well! I’ll never get another estimate again, just go with the best to begin with.
