The plumbers who work for this company are quite slow in the mental department. I called in because water was backing up into my house. There was an older black male who arrived and kept on being incessant that there was grease blocking my pipes. I explained to him that no one in my household is pouring grease down the drain, and that we’re meticulous with disposing grease. That it must have been the previous owners since we recently just got the house. The guy kept arguing over it with me like as if I was the cause of the pipes being ruined until of course, I decided to give the donkey the last word. He quoted me that it will take around $200 to repair my d-box which needed to be “worked” on. I reiterated the price to make sure and he said, “yeah $200 “. I decided to fish around and see what other plumbers were charging and it was all in the $1,000+ range. So, I resorted back to asking how much does Wilson charges and the operator said it will be $2,800. So clearly the people here do not know what they’re talking about and have terrible communication skills. I then decided to contact another plumbing company and they were able to fix the problem and said my d-box was fine, for a charge of $440. What a bunch of laughable scammers work here. They cannot even diagnose a problem correctly.

Very friendly prompt service. Wisons was able to fix a broken pipe connected to my sewage pump quickly and at a reasonable price. Will use them again if I have any future sceptic issues.

Unprofessional. As far as pumping out and removing waste, they did very well. But I had a blocked line which they needed to use one of their magnetic doggle that they flushed down the toilet to see where it stops in the line. And that’s where the problem started. In order to get their doggle they broke through the line to retrieve it. They did not have a sleeve to seal the line so they improvised with a used 7-Up bottle that one of the guys had at lunch. They cut the bottle in half and laid it over the hole and then just packed dirt on top of it. I don’t think it was even legal to do that. I didn’t even know they did it until the line clogged again because dirt broke through the 7-Up bottle patch.

I am new to Lynchburg and asked for recommendations. I ended up with quite a few, but most of them were for Wilson’s. I gave them a call. They were able to schedule me the next day. They showed up on time in finished the service quickly. They took the time to answer some questions I had about our system. Very Professional – Highly Recommend.

Excellent customer service and staff. Called in the morning. They were out about an hour after. Had to get septic tanks pumped. Done by 1 PM. Professional and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this service. Highly recommend.

I have my septic tanks pumped yearly at my campground. I’ve dealt with several companies over the years. These guys are the best. They always show up when scheduled and take care of everything we need while they are there. Best septic service company in the area.

Not a great company to do business with… unprofessional and dishonest. Steer clear!
