Call them. Read below to find out why. We have a house on Blue Mountain and knew we needed to get someone to look at the septic system. While visiting just after Christmas and loading the house with people for a few days it became apparent that we needed looked at right away. It was Saturday and cold December 30th. The owner himself with one of his crew came out same day. They located the tank, dug down 2-3 feet, through 5 inch roots and managed to get the lid off a septic tank. They did this until 7pm in the dark. They were very helpful and explaining how the system worked. Since I was not totally familiar with septic. They were very clear on pricing and what they were going to do and it all seemed very reasonable. To get the kind of service that we got and then being apologetic that it costs money is amazing. These guys are the real deal.

Our house had a system backup and BBS came out quickly to resolve the issue. Our 1927 farmhouse did not intimidate them at all! They were kind and knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise with us so we could maintain our old tank in the best possible way. It was like having a family member helping us, which made the whole experience a positive one! Will recommend to any local family/friends!

We had a late night back up into the house and called the first 24 hour service on the interweb, that was a mistake. They tried to screw us. We called BBS the next morning, they showed up that day, hours earlier than they said. The guys fixed the issue and gave me a quick lesson on how everything works and why. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely refer them to any friends!

Reached out to BBS to do an inspection of a property in Front Royal, while they did need to cancel the initial inspection they did reach out to let me know and rescheduled and completed the inspection. Had them back out to provide some additional services during the construction on the property, they were very good at answering the phone and working to schedule what needed to be done. Pricing was fair. They were a little slower than I had expected but the good communication definitely offset this, being able to get in touch and get answers when needed with ease was a huge plus of working with BBS Septic.

Had a major issue with both a blockage and aging distribution box. Over the phone and in person they were extremely helpful. Had contacted a few companies and all of them could only help weeks out and do less work for the same amount BBS charged. Best experience I’ve ever had with any plumbing/septic company, and hope to work with them in the future for future plumbing projects
