Kalen was the best. We called with a last minute request, and gave us an immediate quote and come right out the next day at the time he said he would! He is very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. He went above customer service with extendeding his time to answer the potential buyer of the home to answer questions. We even referred him to our neighbor.

This was the fourth Septic company I’ve had come out to my house to look at my septic system in the past 2yrs. Now, Pro-Tec-Septic will be the ONLY ones I call. A young man named Kalan showed up at the exact scheduled time and we began a conversation. I proceeded to inform him of all my knowledge of the Septic game. (I don’t know shi& about septic except from my google research and what I’ve been told by other septic people). Kalan was a wealth of info and very respectful. He was able to identify, from over 150 feet away, That the system thought I had was not actually the system that I had. Explained The kind of system I had, and how to properly run it. I don’t know who does the training over there but the person should have a masters degree in training his employees. For only 26 years old, Kalan taught me more about the Septic game then I think I ever wanted to know. HIs wealth of information and knowledge on the subject was very impressive. After finishing up everything I went ahead and paid the bill and thought nothing more of it. Over the next day or two I received two texts from Kalan, making sure that everything was OK and that my system was still running perfectly. Hard to find that kind of customer loyalty and care nowadays. I never leave reviews for companies it’s just not who I am. But I felt like I had to say something on this. This company is family owned. In my opinion, This family is doing it the right way. There will be only one company I go with from here on out and that will be Pro-tec Septic. Jay Weber

We had an issue with our septic pump not working and alarming. I found Pro-Tec online, called and someone answered on a Friday night! I found out later it was the owner, Jason. He came out within 90 minutes of my call and diagnosed our system and fixed it! He was professional, knowledgeable about our system and answered my questions. I highly recommend Pro-Tec Septic LLC! Update: 3/6/2024, We were due to have our tank pumped and figured we would call Pro Tec again since Jason did such a great job the first time of repairing our system. Kalan came out promptly and the job was done efficiently without issues. So glad we have a company we can trust with competitive pricing that won’t pressure us to join a contract to get business. Amazing!

Tried to contact them to have my septic system checked out. Left a voicemail first thing in the morning and also sent an inquiry through their website. Two full business days later and I never heard back from them. They may provide good service but I guess I will never know. Finding someone who WILL answer their phones instead!

They were able to talk with us about what was happening and when it was determined we needed our septic pumped they were here that day to get it resolved. Over the years we have had the system pumped three times and nobody has been as thorough to ensure an the sludge was gone.
