Múltiple no shows and missed appointments then ghosted us completely. Had a septic repair and they just straight up left us high and dry for more than two months. This is a real review, not a friends and family fake 5-star rating. Would not recommend unless you like wasting your time.

Chris is a first class guy with tons of expertise. He advised me prior to coming out to the house and is super responsive. He explained my options and work is first class. If you have a septic issue, especially in Williamson County, I can’t imagine using anyone else.

First, Chris was available to clean out our septic system when no one else in the area was. As it turned out, we had water backfilling our tank which was going to be an ongoing problem until some of the flooding issues from March 2021 had subsided. Chris could have easily kept pumping knowing this was the problem and charged us a huge amount; instead he was extremely straightforward about the situation, the possible costs, and even some temporary options to use until the flood water went down in my yard. I recommend Chris (L&L) for his availability, expediency, honesty, knowledge, and overall professionalism.

Super happy with the work these guys did cleaning out our septic tank. They came out and identified where the tank was (we’re not the original owners of the house). They worked fast and were very professional. Their price was great and we highly recommend them!
