Called several times to get an appointment to look at my septic. They said they were coming and never showed up.

Justin was very professional and knowledgable. He called to inform us he was on the way to our home. Upon arrival and after inspection, he explained the issue and possible costs on the first visit. Justin again called ahead of time and returned the following day to replace the broken parts. This is my first experience with an engineered septic system (any septic system) so Justin explained in detail the drain field and how the system works. I highly recommend Justin and Palmetto Septic.

I usually don’t write reviews but these guys are A1. My wife and I are out of town and our daughter called saying the alarm for the septic is going off. I called around and everyone was like we can’t get anyone out until Monday . I called Palmetto Alternative Septic and was told we can have someone out later today. The guy got to my home at about 8pm and didn’t leave until after 10pm . CustomerService , Quality of work, are second to none. They have customers for life with us.

Had our tank alarm. Go off. Called palmetto they were super busy. Said he would be out asap and at 8:30 that evening in the rain and dark set us up a temporary fix until he could get a replacement pump. Next day replaced.pump and back to full septic use in the house we were so impressed and grateful for the quality service

Mr Justin came to my house to fix an issue with my pipe on my septic. He also performed a routine maintenance. And he was very informative about how the system worked and what to expect and not expect with the system because I am new to the above ground systemHe was very professional and very knowledgeable about the system! 10 out of 10 would recommend him and this company to anyone! We have a maintenance contract with Palmetto on our engineered septic system. They are always very responsive and get our technician, Phil, out to address the issue quickly. Phil is a great guy, he is very knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy and does a great job maintaining our system. I would recommend Palmetto to everyone with a septic system.
