Sheldon not only responded quickly, he was the only one who responded that he could get on the job right away. not only did he complete it in a timely fashion. He was honest and returned charges that were covered by warranties. Don’t call Roto-Rooter call Sheldon respond faster.

Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews, but our experience with Ocean View Development And Septic was first class from start to finish. Sheldon went above and beyond to keep us informed and thoroughly explain every step of our full septic system replacement project. He was apologetic about some delays we had, even though they were not his fault and completely out of his control (Coos County DEQ is a nightmare). I simply cannot recommend Ocean View Development And Septic enough. The work was top notch and worth every single penny. I wish every contractor in the area had the same amount of courtesy and integrity that Sheldon has. Five stars all the way!!! 👍

Just wanted to leave a little note about Sheldon and Mike being very professional and easy to work with. We recently placed a mobile home on a property in North Bend and found out we needed to replace the entire septic system. Sheldon came out inspected, quoted the job and installed said system. Mike has excellent operator skills and job was performed with no hassles. approval was a dream. I would highly recommend Ocean View Septic for any and all work you need performed.

Ocean View Development and Septic goes above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, efficient and much more. They installed the new septic system and water from our well for an additional house on our property. They replaced our pressure tank on the well plus upgraded the system to better serve two homes. They will be our go to for further repairs or replacements we may need.

This company is the best, goes above and beyond and will work until it is done even if it takes a 12 hour day, which it did. Super nice crew and extremely hard workers. I will never call anyone else.

Having septic issues, need repair,maintenance, or a new system…call Sheldon at Ocean View…these guys do it AND do it well!! So happy with the work they’ve done for us!! Only place I will ever call.Thank you Sheldon,Mike and crew!!! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

This was an excellent experience for me. Sheldon was always on time and would call when he was on his way which worked good for me. He also dealt with deq on what they needed to get done either paperwork or permits. I highly recommend them for your septic issues. If you tell him what you want he will deliver and you don’t have to worry about anything. 👍👍
