Called them Saturday afternoon, showed up the very next day (Sunday) cleaned out my septic tank. Cleared out the blockage in the pipe. Very satisfied would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I recently had my septic system serviced by mike from L & J cesspool. I’m writing to say how impressed I was with there service. From the sweet woman on the phone who was very polite and helpful. To the technician who was very professional and most of all honest with me. I originally thought that I needed more work then what I did. Mike did a great job, saved me money, and was very courteous. Thank you L&J you now how another life long customer.

I spoke to a woman named Liz when I called after calling several other companies. Liz made me feel comfortable and listens to my and answered all of my questions before telling me the cost and service they would perform I decided to use them and they showed up on time and performed the job in a very professional manner. I watched the service technician and he was fast, clean, and very personable. I was informed of an issue I also had that wasn’t directly related to my call to the coMpany. Bob the service tech explained his duties to me and he made me feel at ease. I am 100 percent confident that the job performance was the best possible So in summary between the customer service provided by Liz and the great job by Bob ( even with me watching which I know is a pain) that the job was done to my 100 percent satisfaction. I am Tom Cirello and I appreciated L & J. They now have me as a life long customer Thank you L & J

Outstanding service!!! Joe was very helpful over the phone and Mike came and did an excellent job! They were quick to respond. When Mike came he cleaned both the cesspool and overflow to the very bottom. I definitely recommend L&J Cesspool Service.

Called looking to get a estimate on a job i need done was willing to schedule weeks ahead of time and was lectured that they don’t do regular work on weekends or past 4. Was Rude and hung up on me told me i wasn’t the only one with a job.
