HIGHLY recommend and a MAJOR thank you to Direct Drainage!! DO NOT call anyone else, you won’t regret it. I wanted to support local and I’m so glad I called them! They were prompt and courteous on picking up my urgent phone call for a clogged drain at my job. Extremely patient with my lack of knowledge with the system my job currently has and provided answers to all my questions! I called around 9:30am, and the issue was resolved by 11:30am. They are superior in their follow up, and provided text messages for updates on the scheduled time, arrival of the technician (with a photo!), and a follow up on service which ANY consumer these days can appreciate. The technician was punctual and kind! Look no further!!!

Joe F, Shaun M and the crew provided excellent service while dealing with my full cesspool, and locating the main and overflow pools in my backyard, so they could be serviced. The folks in the office also did a great job of keeping me informed and calling when the technicians were on their way. I highly recommend Direct Drainage for any cesspool or drain issues.

My girlfriend and I just moved into our new home the other day and we must’ve had a full septic tank and overflow when we started doing our laundry. The guys at Direct Drainage were here the next day as expected and pumped out our tanks with aeration and chemicals with no problem! They were very helpful and very educational, teaching us how our whole system works. I would recommend these guys to ANYONE. Being they are a family business they really are very personable and the prices are very reasonable! Thanks Guys!

I was referred to Direct Drainage Inc. by my wife’s aunt who had used them in the past. I called after 5pm on a Thursday and to my surprise, not only did Ernesto pick up the phone and identify what type of service I needed, but he was able to schedule someone to come out two days later! My wife and I recently bought a house so we wanted to have the cesspool looked at closer. Not only was the service gentleman, Joe, prompt but he arrived early. We opened the cesspool cover to discover that it had been recently serviced and did not require any additional pumping. Joe was completely transparent and told me that he was not going to pump for the sake of if because it would create an unnecessary expense for us. I would absolutely recommend Direct Drainage Inc. to friends and family. They are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy!

Within a couple days of moving into our new home we unfortunately came to realize we had a severe draining issue. I called direct drainage and they immediately responded, sending someone ASAP. When the operator (Bernie) arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem. The issue we were having turned out to be an issue that we needed a plumber for, not a cesspool service. Bernie really took the time to explain what was going on, and even recommended another company that would better suit our needs, as the problem we were having didn’t fall under what he does, all free of charge!! With all of the headache that came with a new home purchase, it was really nice to have someone be so honest and really looking out for their customers. We contacted the drainage company Bernie recommended and they were just as professional and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend direct drainage to anyone. Thank you Bernie for your honesty, we will absolutely use this company in the future.

Direct Drainage was highly recommended by our neighbor after we had an unsavory experience with a past provider a few years ago. Each of the times we have called Direct Drainage, their servicemen have been; prompt, friendly, educational through every process, helpful, and always provide excellent service. It is definitely a value to us that we chose to utilize Direct Drainage! Larry was so wonderful last year for us and recommended that we extend our access cap to get proper cleanings and he was absolutely right! It was definitely due… We consider today’s money a huge relief & VERY WELL SPENT! Joe was AMAZING! He blew our minds with his thoroughness & assistance. His overall knowledge was a huge help to us when we were in need. He was able to obtain the extension part we needed for the right price, fast, and delivered! He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely request Larry or Joe ANYTIME! They know their profession and you can feel confident in the results! Thank you Larry, Joe & Direct Drainage!

Just before the 4th of July weekend we had what looked to be either a clog in our sewer line or that the cesspool was filled. We contacted Direct Drainage based upon a recommendation and we are very glad we did. Joe arrived on time and did an assessment, checked the line thoroughly to see if there was a clog. When it became clear that the line was fine and that the cesspool was indeed full, we were quoted a fair price and he was able to pump the cesspool that day. Joe explained everything along the way so we were confident with what he recommended be done. Joe is also a very hard worker (and it was very hot that day) and a great representative of their company. We are happy to recommend Direct Drainage and will gladly use them again when the need arises.
