Thankfully this is the 2nd time I have called on AJ and Perfect Pumping LLC, without knowing the full extent of what I was dealing with my home. After I requested a service call AJ responded within 2 hrs., subsequently working and resolving our septic issue. It’s AWESOME to be able to rely on a LOCAL BUSINESS THAT DELIVERS!!

There is a reason the company is called Perfect Pumping. Needed my cesspool pumped and AJ was the perfect guy to call. Price was very fair and he did an excellent job! Will definitely be using him again in the future!!

AJ and team were exceptional. I have used them twice now and they were extremely patient in finding a resolving my issue. AJ is a long term Roto Rooter veteran and knows everything you can possibly know about septic, sewage and plumbing systems. You won’t be disappointed! Hire him!

Unfortunately, I cannot say any good things about this company. I am quite surprised that he has that many good reviews. I know that he is owning his business for just about a year and I wonder if those reviews can be misleading. Andy was recommended by the Roto-Rooter employee who was performing the emergency service at our house. Perfect Plumbing is very responsive and that’s a plus; however, I feel like I was pushed into a more expensive situation than it was needed to be. Andy told me that I should get a digging company because my cesspool was too deep in the ground. I was in the house watching from time to time how he was standing on his phone and his younger employee was doing all the work. Andy was very disrespectful to him and asked to bring him something to drink, which I think he could simply go and get for himself. I was told that I needed to hire a company to dig after his employee was randomly pinching my yard. I was afraid of the costs, so I contacted my real estate broker to double-check where the cesspool could be accessed. The same day, my sprinklers stopped working. Soon, it turned out that we had two tanks, and the place where he told us to dig was not even the area where the second cesspool was located. I was informed by the second company that our cesspool was empty and did not need any work at this moment. I was told something different, but I still wanted Andy to double-check on this because I hoped that I could trust him. However, when I told him about the sprinkler situation, everything changed on his end. He was accusatory and claimed that I didn’t know anything about the home care since I was a new owner. He also said that the other company lied and was very rude to my husband about the situation who only tried to mitigate it since we were afraid of the costs associated with the sprinkler repairs. My sprinkler company found that the head was damaged where Perfect Plumbing was punching to locate the cesspool. Unfortunately, he blocked me and then when I was unblocked I asked Andy to at least cover half of the cost, but he told me, ”You cannot prove anything, so I will think about it.” There has been no response until today, so unfortunately I am left with the cost of repairs even though nothing was done… poor service Andy very… I am attaching photos of the sprinkler situation to prove what happened. They were not enough for Andy to be cooperative in this matter.
