Msla septic came to pump the tank,as a maintenance procedure. They came at the promised time and began working. After three and a half hours, one of which was spent making a trip to unload the truck because they already had a half full tank when they came ,they called it good. When he told me that the bill was $600.00 with a straight face, I paid and they left. The tank is pumped and we’re good to go for a few more years but I won’t use this service ever again at $200.00 plus an hour..Oh and did I mention the oil that leaked all over the driveway from the truck and the PTO.

Call for a clogged drain and did get a quick response. Plumber arrived and could not clear the clog. His equipment would not go down the drain pipe or the vent and a piece of equipment that would have was broken and would not work. Plumber gave up and charged $125 for service call. I should have refused to pay.

We called Missoula Septic Services to pump out our tank when we started experiencing problems. When Steve came out he told us our tank wasn’t full and that we had a different, less expensive problem. He fixed the problem and told us how to prevent it from happening again. We really appreciated that he didn’t charge us for something we didn’t need. We most definitely would use his services again.
