Was here for 15 minutes, spent 14 minutes trying to up-s ell, even before looking at my system. Previous experience was good, but never again.

In calling around to find someone to repair the blower that went out on my septic system, I called this company and they unfortunately were not able to directly assist me with this as they don’t do septic repair. My reason for writing this review however is the person that answered my phone call was very polite and helpful. She was able to get me the contact information for a partner company that does do this work and they were able to sort me out about a day later.

I called All Star this morning after I discovered a pipe was backed up causing a foul smell throughout my house. Within an hour, a knowledgeable service tech came to the rescue. He diagnosed the issue and had my pipes flowing properly in no time. Stewart was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I’ll be using All Star for all future septic services.

Terrible and unethical company. Spent nearly $5000 only to find out we had a clogged pump. Make sure you ask about charges before work is started or better yet, use a different company. Would never recommend.

Our septic system was backing up to the basement drain and I feared the worst, calling a few places in panic who basically blew me off. I then contacted All Star and was greeted by an extremely helpful lady who got someone out within hours. The awesome service man pumped the tank and found the filter to be extremely clogged which was causing the backup. I only had to pay for the tank pump which I needed anyway. All Star will be getting my business anytime I need septic service, that is 100% for sure.
