Very disappointed with this company. They are the only company in the area who I was referred to in regards to tent rental. The receptionist did not want to work with me in regards to rentals. Never called back, and told us to look elsewhere.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house Wednesday morning. Very pleased with the speed of service. They were very easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions.

Bob’s Septic Service answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were very friendly and helpful, and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. When they arrived they were again friendly and expeditiously took care of the job of emptying the tank. The bill was just as discussed, with no hidden fees. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I will not go to anyone else. Really thankful for Bobs honesty and education on my septic system, he diagnosed my problem (failed high water float alarm), I confirmed I did not need a pump out and showed me how to help maintain my system by annually cleaning a screen in one of the tanks (which I thought would be disgusting but was really easy, and I am happy to learn these things if it means less trouble in the future).

Bob and his son Nick do exceptional work! They put in a new drain field for half the price of their main competitor. They are friendly, professional and do a great job! His wife takes care of the phones and also pitches in with the shoveling etc…… Amazing team! Highly recommended!

They pumped our septic tank. The old concrete cover was deteriorating. They installed a riser. No more digging down 4 ft. when we have the tank pumped. They even carried away the old cover. This is the 3rd time we have used them.
