As a general contractor we frequently use porta potties. We used this company one time and regret it. They have convoluded billing schedules and despite calling for pick up they will bill you for the next month, and proceed to pick up the porta potty “at their convenience” which was 4 weeks later. Never use this service, they are terrible

Tried to schedule for septic tank pumping. This was the first time I had contacted anyone about septic tank pumping in the house I am living in, however, the homeowner before me did let me know when the next service was approximately due and left the contact information of this company, who pumped the septic tank last. The person on the phone that I talked to did not seem very receptive to my service request, stating that she needed the approximate date of the last service request, and that she did not have it on record. Despite me telling her that we have the “next service date”, which was coming up soon, she almost refused to send someone out until I was sure of the last servicing. Kept saying the same thing over and over for about 10 minutes until I finally decided to end the call. My husband called and made the same request and he was almost immediately told that this company no longer pumps septic tanks and offered to contact other companies that can do it. Why give me the runaround for 10-15 minutes over the phone then and talk to me like i’m stupid? Waste of time. Glad I didn’t contract service through these people. Roto-Rooter was able to send someone out immediately and didn’t question me at all. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for this company.

Flash Sanitation will FOREVER have our business! Called them to pump out our sewer and had no idea what we were doing as we have always had city water and sewage. The ladies on the phone were so helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. We even had to reschedule due to work issues on our end and the staff were so nice and accommodating!! When they came out to do the job the gentlemen were so personable and also explained everything without trying to take advantage!! We are forever grateful for the honest, curteous and prompt service we received!! That seems to be hard to come by these days!!

Had my drainfield go out. Call flash sanitation. Was more than willing to pull permit and said they would walk me through the whole thing. Met health department at my house. $375 later paid upfront for digging a hole for the health department .Health department said I needed a new drainfield. Flash sanitation said we can help you through all this. Strung me along for 2 1/2 weeks with no estimate. After I made several calls. My answer from flash sanitation was sorry we can’t help you.Good Business Practice.

I used them quite a bit to have my RV black water tank drained and rented a portajohn while building a house. They were fantastic and always went above and beyond.
