If you want to experience incompetence at its finest, hire Soares! They have the worst communication I have ever experienced. I would give them negative stars if I could. They damaged my property and did not fix the damage properly.

These guys are amazing!!! Liz was so great and very helpful over the phone when making my appointment. We need more costumer service like Liz!!! Jim was very communicative and follow through with the job. He was timely and took the time to explain to me what was done and even showed me how to do maintenance on the septic system. I couldn’t be more pleased with Soares Sanitation!!!

My entire experience with Soares was excellent from the woman who took my call to the driver who pumped our septic system. The driver called 15 minutes before he arrived, was very professional and took the time to explain and educate me what I needed to know about my system. My previous home was city sewage so I was very inexperienced with this issue. I can’t imagine a company doing a better job. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend SOARES Pumping! Brittany was so professional in explaining the Title V inspection findings and needed work, which was amazingly done the same day! She and Joe worked for hours and did a great job. We are so grateful to be in great shape for the upcoming closing on our house. Thanks for such quality service, just terrific!
