UTZ Remodeling 3 years agoWe had UTZ Handyman handle a recent renovation in our house. We had a long list of random things we wanted done around the house, from a new basement door, to nail pops, to various other repairs and improvements. The biggest item was the kitchen remodel, where we wanted basically every piece of the kitchen to be either resurfaced or replaced. Over several weeks, we watched our home become brand new, as they worked day in and day out to make all the repairs and improvements we asked for. They were fast, reliable, and they did a fantastic job. Our kitchen looks brand new, and every one of our items was taken care of, and done well. They also were considerate of our needs, as we were living in the house during this project. They closed off sections where work was ongoing to limit how far the dust would travel, to ensure we had as much of our house usable at any given time. They coordinated the schedule with us when it was required, were very responsive to communications, and once again- they do fantastic work. We could not imagine hiring a different team to do a renovation or home improvement project than UTZ. We couldn’t be happier, and we highly recommend them- indeed, we have several projects we want done over the next few years, and they will be the first people we call for any of them.

Revival Building & Remodeling a month agoContacted Revival Building & Remodeling to scope out a potential substantial addition on a small single family home for sale that I was interested in. Jesse, the owner, was quick to respond and answered all my questions, and gave a rough price based on what I wanted to get done. Also was very transparent and upfront on pricing and potential challenges he foresaw. Would recommend them to anyone needing additions or renovations.
