Unreliable! I made an appointment at least a week in advance for a septic cleaning. Got called the morning thereof that they would be here between 1 and 3. At 3 I get a call that their truck broke down and they would be here the following morning. If they could be here the following morning their truck is not broken down. I waited the entire day for their arrival and then they want a reschedule? I’ll schedule with someone more reliable.

(SEE FULL REVIEW) If you’re thinking about using Sullivan Septic for your septic needs, here’s your cue – DONT!! I had an appointment Saturday 5/4 they called me to move it to Friday 5/3 no big deal, I called them because I’m a new homeowner and they have pumped this septic about 5 years ago. The tech could not find the tank Friday, rescheduled for Saturday when I was home. We looked for the septic tank, still couldn’t find it, not only did the tech seem annoyed but also unwilling to try and be helpful to find it but they had no record of where it was at. After the tech was here I noticed his truck has ripped up the end of my drive way after he left- the concrete is about 5 inches off the ground (yes the driveway isn’t new but that’s an excuse to mess it up more? I think not). I texted him and he was not only rude but completely unprofessional in his response to me (see attached pics). I contacted the owner Ryan. He said they aren’t liable for their truck ripping up my drive way even though he didn’t ask to park in it. He also gave me his word he would stop by after a meeting on Monday and take a look at the damage, and he DID NOT stop by nor contact me back. Ryan also gave me some excuse about how this is one of his best longest tenured employees. One thing I do know, THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. They now have lost at-least 3 customers in my neighborhood due to this interaction.

The lady that answers their phones is rude and condescending. Contracted work comes first so any repairs that are needed at the residential level are not a priority no matter if you have a major issue or not.

Scheduled a tank cleaning. Our serviceman was on time, professional, polite, and very helpful in explaining my system. Booking a Saturday was not a problem with a very small fee. I have used Sullivan for years and will continue to do so.

Sullivan Septic got right back to me. My tech Joesph was punctual. My septic access was extremely deep in the ground. It was covered by 2.5 feet of dirt at least. My tech got right to work. He uncovered the access, pumped the tank and refilled the hole. He cleaned up the work area. All of this was done in record time. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Sullivan Septic!
