Community installed a new septic tank and left my yard in terrible shape. No effort whatsoever to try to grade the yard. They arrived at 9am and at 3 in the afternoon, they stopped making any effort to properly grade the area and left my property saying “Well be back to fix it in the spring. Totally unacceptable. In the meantime, we have a 10 year old blind dog trying to get around in this. Installing the tank is not enough. This will be a muddy nightmare in the spring. Finish the job properly. I won’t use these guys again or nor will I recommend them.

Hired them for a 1000g septic tank pump out. Hadn’t been pumped in a while. They were 2 days out for service and called when they were on the way the day that was scheduled. The service tech was a nice guy. Honest company. I was unavailable the day of service so I just left a check and they called to notify me of over payment and to get it corrected. I highly recommend them. Pricing was fair.
