So we called them because it had been six years since we last had our septic system pumped and our septic relief cap started popping off so we suspected it was time to drain our tank again. As it turned out our tank was not even half full, and in fact we have an issue of a blockage somewhere along our sewage drain line that he recommended we call a plumber for as they didn’t have the requisite equipment to solve the problem. He said that once we get our plumbing issue fixed, given our usage rate, we shouldn’t need to call them for another septic system service for 7-10 years. But if I ever need a new system installed or upgraded in the meantime, I know who I’ll be calling. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and fairly priced. They can also get pretty busy, so I did have to follow up with one or two phone calls throughout the week to work out a day and time for them to swing by, but that wasn’t a big deal to me and I feel it was worth the patience and persistence to hire this company.

We called this company to pump our septic tank. They had difficulties locating and accessing the tank. All of the guys were very professional with a great attitude. The cost was also very reasonable. I definitely recommend!

I called S&W on Friday last week with an issue we had been trying to get fixed (by another company) for months. They were at my house by Monday and as of today, Thursday, it is fixed! Literally done in less than a week. I will 100% never use anyone else.

Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job repairing and modifying our 25 year old septic system. They added an alarm, new pump, and new field lines, correcting a 7 year septic system issue. He was very responsive with communication, timely, and reasonable price wise. Would certainly use them again for any future septic repairs.

Reached out to Jonathan Watters and we thought at first it was gonna be an easy fix he FaceTimed and helped me through getting the filter in my septic tank out and thought that would fix it. Worked great for several days then messed up again, worked me into his schedule and came out and fixed the problem within 30 mins and had it working great! Great company, best customer service I’ve dealt with yet and just all around great guys. Will use them again and recommend to anyone
