We had an emergency, and I saw this company with great reviews in the area so I gave them a call. He was able to work us in that very same day, and made the process stress free. They even trimmed back some trees to be able to have the truck access our property, which was going above and beyond, and we really appreciate that! The overall process took a little under an hour, and he made sure to go over what they were doing. I also found out that flushable wipes are NOT flushable, especially in septic tanks! I was unaware of that issue, and I’m very glad he was so informative about it. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs the help, thank you again!

Oh, it’s spring break and I’ve got a house full of family (our son and granddaughter) and 3 of her teenage girl friends at the lake. So what could go wrong? Sun burns? Yep. Forgotten things ( phone wires)? Yep. Picky eaters? Yep. Never thought the septic system would back up. I brought the girls home to our regular house for the night and called Martin Septic. Vince Martin came quickly (next day) and cleared roots from the inlet and outlet and pumped it clean. Took about a hour. Reasonably priced, too. Very pleased. Call them when you need them and I believe you’ll be pleased as well.

I moved to Eatonton in September of 2021, and quickly began noticing some septic related draining issues. I was referred to the supposed premier septic company in the area. For months and months I was jerked around and lied to by these folks and told I needed a new septic system to the tune of around $10,000 and with the new landscaping, etc., I would have spent close to $14,000. What they really wanted to do was install a system in the front on my yard which would have required a pump and removing six large trees and that plan would have probably cost probably closer to $25,000. Out of frustration, and needing the tank pumped again, I called Martin Septic on a Friday afternoon, in addition to calling two other septic companies, and Vince was the only person who answered his cell phone. He came out Monday and as we talked about the issues, he walked to his truck and grabbed a ground probe. He walked to the opposite side of my yard from where I had been told the system certainly would be and within ten minutes he located a drain line. He pumped the tank and we scheduled a day he could soon return to tackle why there were draining problems. He was back as scheduled, and began digging. It turned out, the first 20 feet past the tank was packed with roots from where a tree must have been a couple of decades ago. The field line past the roots looked almost untouched. The bottom line is Vince permanently corrected the problem and saved me easily $12,000 not to mention the disruption of half of my yard being destroyed. And I have not had a minutes trouble.
