Used this company for toilet installation (through Home Depot) Installers were punctual and professional New toilet Installation met my expectations. Some existing household plumbing items which were defective were identified and replaced. Overall quite satisfied but the total cost was extremely high

Prompt scheduling (next morning!!!!) which fit perfectly with my schedule. The gentlemen were prompt, efficient and completed the job very quickly. They also waited while I changed the gasket in my whole house filter to ensure no leaks in the overall assembly of my water supply ingress! They could have been off to their next job but they waited that few minutes.

Previous homeowners did not install their water heater correctly, but Bynum came out and hooked us up to a brand new one. Walfre was quick and efficient; we were set up in about an hour and a half. Great service.

Home Depot was the initial contact for my installation project with the plumber to be sent out, when the flooring needed more time, no one set up a date for the plumber to return, which was very upsetting, Also when they did set the date and came out, they told me that there was only one toilet to reinstall, when there were two removed. The lack of communication to the proper contact was not professional. Time is everything to me, but not your company.

The company, Bynum and Sons Plumbing, who installed my water heater were outstanding. They were very patient as my internet went down so I had to use a hotspot to pay, and I had to clear the payment with my bank as well so it took time to troubleshoot these issues. I’ve used them before through Home Depot so I will continue to use them in the future.

I needed a gas line rotated so range would go against wall. Someone was out the next day. The guy who came was friendly and professional. Cost $225. Not a great deal but I’m happy with outcome.
