I called Dixon to come pump my septic they talked to me step-by-step on what was happening. they treat you very polite, and considerate. Everyone I met made me feel comfortable that I made the right choice. They are my forever company to use great price for the Work that they do. They do the job right other companies just wanna pump the water not the Waste. Thank you, Dixon.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews because, as a fellow local business owner, I know how important it is to maintain a positive reputation in your community. With that said, after being ghosted for nearly a year, I feel like this is the best next step. We hired Dixon’s to replace our septic system at our office space in Griffin. Everything was going smooth and we were pleased with the work until, while borrowing our equipment to do some finish work, their employee collided with our custom built security gate (pictured). They were very apologetic and we understood as accidents happens. We were told by the owner that he would have his guy come by to fix the gate asap. These pictures were taken today and you can see that never happened. We’ve reached out multiple times and received a dozen different excuses until finally he just stopped responding. It was also a part of the scope of work to add risers to the tank to allow for easier cleanout but you can see in the picture the current state as of this review. We have been waiting to get this work finished so we could proceed with the overhaul of our outdoor living space. We finally just decided to move forward with our plans despite the eye sore and poor workmanship of Dixon’s Septic. It is unfortunate when a fellow business does not take pride in their work and treats a colleague in this way.

Dixon serviced my septic system today and did a great job, going above and beyond. Steven and David were awesome! Steven is a trustworthy, honest man that is apparent once he begins working. Extremely knowledgeable. The man knows what he is doing. They worked hard all day and Steven explained each step of the process to me as they worked. Steven even went the extra mile when filling the holes back to make things as neat as possible. It is evident he takes pride in his work. Thanks guys!!!!!!!

Will certainly use this company again, or recommend to friends. Another company came out and gave us a large estimate for repairs that were not even needed. Dixon came out the same day we called and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost quoted by the other company. We appreciate the honesty and the customer service.

My husband has been trying to reach out to him ever since we paid him the $300 to come out and locate our septic tank on our property. Which my husband helped him locate when he was having no luck. Promised he’d put the $300 towards the work we’d need done but now not answering phone calls or texts. STAY FAR AWAY from this business!!!!

I was completely satisfied with the service I received from this company! They came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it. David Perice is the man! I have never witnessed one person work so hard to accomplish a job. He literally worked nine hours straight fixing my sewer and septic problems. He made sure that I was aware of everything he did before he did it. He replaced the main sewer line from my septic tank to my home. And when he was done with the job. He made sure that my yard was clean. And it actually looked better than it did before. Honestly, I would give them six stars if I could. I highly recommend this company for any sewer or septic problems you may have! Thank you for a wonderful job.

Help! Our septic tank needed to be drained, that day. The company we’ve used before informed me to leave a message and they would call back asap. Dixon Septic answered my first call, arrived around 6pm, and solved our problem. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have found them. (I finally heard back from my prior company the next day.)

My Septic Tank was pumped—David was on time-he was very knowledgeable and any questions I had were answered-he even helped me save some of the new Sod that was put down by assisting me in removing it before digging—I am very happy with the price and the job performed.
